Philosophy of the firm
Separation is a difficult time in life. The treatment and resolution of the legal consequences of this separation do not necessarily require referral to a court. The modernization of justice is underway but it is clear that the Judge cannot resolve all questions within a reasonable time. Alternative methods of prevention and amicable resolution of disputes are developing, including the collaborative process but also family mediation.
Maître Nathalie AÏM is trained in collaborative practices to help you get through this stage of life in a peaceful manner.
Also, she is a member of the National Chamber of Mediation Practitioners (CNPM).
Thanks to her experience and technical knowledge, she joined the National Association of Lawyers Exercising a Judicial Mandate (ANAMJ), allowing her to be judicially appointed as a qualified professional or to intervene to represent a defaulting litigant whose inertia slowed down the progress of the file.
